GeneratePress is one of the most popular themes of Wordpress, but it may not be the best choice for everyone.
GeneratePress still doesn’t support full site editing. You can replicate most of the functionalities of FSE themes with GeneratePress Pro though, but it isn’t the same thing.
Below is a list of the top GeneratePress alternatives, including faster themes and full-site editing themes.
Breakdance
Breakdance is a new page builder from the creators of another page builder Oxygen. One of the main differences between both is the easiness of learning and using Breakdance compared to Oxygen.

Kadence

- Custom Layout: sidebars, full-width, etc.
- Global styling.
Kadence Blocks is a free plugin to build websites with blocks, extending Gutenberg’s capabilities. You need to install Gutenberg to use Kadence Blocks.

Acquired by WP Engine in 2018, Genesis recently launched the Genesis Block Theme which is their first-ever block editor’s first theme. This theme is independent of the Genesis Framework theme.
It still doesn’t support Full-site Editing, but Genesis said it’s incoming.
Genesis Block theme offers a large section of free sections, and start themes templates.

Created by WP Engine, Frost is a Full Site Editing theme that offers numerous patterns to build your block-based website. The patterns included are:

Gutenberg
Gutenberg(Block editor) is an alternative to GeneratePress. Some Gutenberg block libraries don’t require installing a block plugin to use its patterns, as it leverages the block editor(Gutenberg) capabilities for the blocks.
Wpalpha offers one of the
GutenbergHub offers a free Gutenberg pattern library on their website, you can even share previews of full-page patterns that you built. There’s also the official Wordpress pattern repository. It allows you to copy and paste the patterns from there, without having to install a plugin, like others.
