The Problem
Mifire.com.au was paying for a Shopify speed optimization app for months and never passed the Core Web Vitals, failing both CLS and LCP
The Solution
The client now has “Good” CLS Core Web Vitals for the first time in a year:
We improved LCP by .2 seconds to 2.7 seconds, but as his theme had an issue that caused the LCP to be lazyloaded, we advised him to change the theme.
The client didn’t have FID issues.
Process
This was a small project and a lot of new optimizations we used to try to reduce the LCP.
